What We Manufacture

Four production lines, one closed loop.

Every component an oil & gas sample touches is engineered, moulded, conditioned, and packaged inside one Fluid Science facility — no broken chain of custody between the resin pellet and the analytical lab.

01 / Injection

German Injection Moulding

Arburg Allrounder Comfort A — all-electric, hydraulic-free. Eliminates oil leak risk at the press itself. Sub-millimetre repeatability via Gestica controllers.

02 / Stretch Blow

Aoki Single-Stage ISBM

Japanese injection stretch blow moulding — preform and bottle produced in one cycle. Crystal-clear Hot Process PET containers with no parison contact contamination.

03 / Hot Process

Proprietary Thermal Conditioning

Our "Hot Process" conditions polymers to survive hot oil extraction at sampling temperature. In-line capping locks atmospheric purity into the bottle the moment it's formed.

04 / Packaging

In-House Print & CNC

HP Latex large-format printing and Jwei CNC cutting bring kit boxes, custom branding, and field-sample mailers in-house. No tooling cost. No vendor lead time.

Why Sample Plastics Matter

In oil & gas, the bottle is the analytical chain.

A used-oil sample carries the entire health record of a multi-million-dollar asset — engines, turbines, gearboxes, hydraulic systems. The moment that sample enters a bottle, every wear-metal reading, viscosity result, and contamination flag depends on the integrity of the plastic surrounding it.

Hydrocarbon residues in cheap blown bottles. Particulate fall-in from non-cleanroom moulding. Plasticiser leaching at sampling temperature. All of these falsify the lab result before the analyser even runs. Fluid Science exists to eliminate every one of them.
